All prices are in US Dollars and credit cards will be debited in that currency. The total cost of the purchase will be displayed before ordering and includes all costs associated with the purchase such as shipping.

It is highly suggested for the customer to create an account upon purchase. Should you need to request an exchange or store credit, it facilitates the process considerably.

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for exchange, store credit or refund. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Sale items and engraved items are final sale, non-refundable. Items must be returned in the original product packaging they were shipped in, in their original, unworn condition. Items not returned in the original product packaging will not receive full credit and a repackaging fee of $15.00 will be charged.

Include your original order sheet and make a note as to what you’d like for your item – store credit, refund or exchange. If exchange, please note what you’d like to exchange your item for. If there is a difference in price, we will contact you to arrange for payment. Once your item has been received, we will process your return within 5 days of receiving the items. Once processed, an email will be sent to your email used with your original order to confirm your store credit, refund or new tracking information.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange for any reason.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Guarantee & Warranty

Our guarantee in no way limits warranty claim deadlines for goods in accordance with the consumer purchasing law. The claim deadline for shoes is four weeks from the time you took possession of the goods.

We only use personal information, as provided to us by you, that is necessary for us to fulfill our obligations to you. Information will not be given to a third party or used for other purposes without your permission.

Inspection of Products

Once you have received the products, you should, check that the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the products have been damaged during transportation, or if the products otherwise have any defects or missing parts.


Consumer purchases are governed by USA Law.

Warranty Claim

If the products have defects or items are missing you may, according to the circumstances request; a re-delivery, a refund, or that the agreement be cancelled. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. You may report defects of the products in writing. There is a two week claim deadline. We will confirm in writing the receipt of all claims. We will also confirm in writing the receipt of all goods returned to us.

Delivery and Delay

We retain the risk for the products until you have the products in your possession. If delivery of the products is delayed, you will be informed as soon as we are aware  and advised as to whether the delivery can be made and when or whether the product(s) are sold out.
